EFFECTIVE 4/1/2020 - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. AS A RESULT OF THE ONGOING COVID19 PANDEMIC, WE HAVE DECIDED, AT THE SAFETY OF OUR PERSONNEL, TO TEMPORARILY CLOSE OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT. PLEASE NOTE THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE AS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. -All sale items including "Imperial Member" sale items are final sale.
-We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns for any sale items.
-All returns must be in an unused/unworn condition.
-We have the right to refuse your return if we felt the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.
-We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed so please check all your details including address and size before completing your order.
-We do not accept exchanges and only provide refunds for all returns
-We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.
-U.S. Customers are provided a free return label.
-International customers outside the U.S. will have to provide their own shipping label to return items.
-ALL orders for returns are not refunded their original shipping cost.
You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.
If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.
U.S. SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship within 48 hours, however, your order will be processed within hours. Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers will be emailed tracking information as soon as their order has been shipped. Shipping times may vary based on location and/or service, and are estimated during the checkout process. We do not guarantee these shipping times as a third party handles delivery.
Standard shipments will ship via USPS or UPS depending on your choice. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Domestic Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Imperial Wardrobe does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. International orders shipped via USPS and are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Civil. If customer refuses package or duties we cannot refund the shipping cost.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
